Arsenal is now the name given to the area where Woolwich Arsenal once stood but does that count as a place name? If so, then don't many of the rest for describing the area where the grounds now stand?
Everton is a district of Liverpool so I guess it doesn't count (although I am not sure how the rules decide on this!)
