Anyone ever get heart palpitations? 15:34 - Aug 10 with 2603 views | Cheltenham_Blue | I've had it a couple of times over the past year. Doc has checked me out, nothing to worry about. But its quite un-nerving at the time isn't it?

Anyone ever get heart palpitations? on 18:59 - Aug 10 by Dubtractor | Snap. I've been taking omeprazole for a few years now, which reduces the acid reflux, but it still gets bad sometimes and yeah, the weird momentary throb in the chest is horrible. |
I struggle badly with reflux too. I do think for many of us it's been self-induced in some part anyway: diet, beer, smoking for those who do. Been taking Omeprazole for several years and it helps to keep a lid on things but there are still triggers that even the Omeprazole won't counter. Think fatty bacon sandwiches! I have an ulcer though but find some kefir every day makes a difference. I also make a batch of sauerkraut every 6 weeks or so.

Anyone ever get heart palpitations? on 12:26 - Aug 11 with 658 views | FBI | I used to get them a lot. Then I had an intercostal strain (basically over-tensed chest muscle pull) and the doc reckoned it was down to stress, anxiety and too much coffee - to be fair I was drinking about 8-9 pints of the stuff a day. Who knew being a museum curator could be so stressful? IC had all the symptoms of a heart attack, which was no fun, especially for Mrs FBI, but I got some good advice about stress management and cut my coffee intake by 75%. Been right as rain ever since. But yes, pretty scary.

Anyone ever get heart palpitations? on 12:30 - Aug 11 with 644 views | geg1992 | I get them from time to time and associated them with caffeine. Still worry me though. I'm actually concerned about my heart rate getting low, but the doctor shrugged it off. I've recently lost 14kg and continuing to lose weight, now my heart rate gets as low as 40 whilst I'm sleeping and upper 40s during the working day. Everywhere I read suggests below 60 isn't great, and the more weight I lose, the lower it seems to be getting.
