Either way, it seems harsh that he can't play competitively for anyone at all until January.

Feels odd for a club that have a commitment until January, presumably very small financial one but you would've thought they might have kept him as an option. Must be really unimpressed for some reason or another.

Just had that clarified. Was initially told not until January but there is a 28-day clause in the Torquay deal which means he can go to another National League club on loan in five days' time, so not quite the blow it might have been. |  | | |

Can't say I know anything about the situation other than he was simply told he's no longer required, but I don't expect you're too far off with that.
Hopefully he gets something sorted elsewhere, as Phil has just put up on twitter, as he really does need a run of games. Both Morsy & Aluko went to Probert in the summer and said they should've offered him more than 6 months as they were both really impressed by him in training. | |
