I'd prefer some of the Brewdog stuff that's made it to Qatar tbh....

Thats nearly as much as what one of Mad Harry's previous usernames paid for a pint at Wembley just after it opened.

The beer, Qatar or the price?

Hate to be pedantic (spoiler alert, that might not be true...).. but it is actually nearer £13 a pint. Price quoted was for 500ml.

Mind you, given it is Bud, I would take the smallest measure available. And still regret it.

A pint of Stella is £10 - £12 in Dubai anyway. Not sure what the news story is here. Everything is imported so it stands to reason it’s going to be ridiculously expensive.

There’s still a HMV in Ipswich, along with plenty of other places

…because as the article says, there were pre tournament promises to keep prices modest.

Also, it gave me an opportunity to do a (admittedly not very funny) callback to the brewdog Qatar thread from last week.
