Feck knows. I think sometimes when we start that strongly we take the rest for granted.

Donkeys? They outplayed us second half. We weren’t good enough at home, again

Hardly world beaters are they? We should have had more than enough about us to see them off. Ref didn't help but we only have ourselves to blame for that one. Miller called it. Sat far too deep and invited far too much pressure.

Didn't outplay us, we dropped back, for some reason, allowed them to dictate the pace of the game and played counter attacking football AT HOME.

I'm sure Toto would have enjoyed that one because of a different Charlton game too.

That's probably a bit of an overreaction, but McKenna needs to sort whatever is causing these cave ins out asap.

Not sure about that, but we are faltering now. Home form is so important and in most home games, the opposition are in it right to the end. We might make top two - something I thought a certainty a few weeks ago. But unless we can scrape a result or two in December, get a few players back and are able to bring in a couple of players in January, it looks like play offs are our best bet, sadly. Hopefully I’m wrong. I usually am.

That's the most pathetic comment I've ever read on here and there's strong competition. Plymouth....just LOST at home to Port Vale. Get a bloody grip

Well. I just think we are way too soft to see it through to the end. I don't see us grabbing a top 2 finish. We have been faultering regularly lately. [Post edited 2 Dec 2022 22:07]

I feel a bit mixed about it to be honest. Our passing was a bit off all game, but I never really felt like Fleetwood were in control until the frantic final 10. We rode our luck but we nearly always look a danger going forwards. It sounds like we all felt the equaliser coming, but ultimately, they got lucky. Ref and linesmen had a shocker, but we had plenty of opportunities for that not to count for much. I definitely feel winded by it. Our tricky spell has been fairly protracted, but we are at least still taking points for the most part. A tricky four games ahead before the end of the year, but I felt I saw enough to suggest we will be alright. By then the injury crisis should be diminishing and the window will be a chance for us to fine tune these flaws that keep costing us wins, but don't amount to losses at the moment. Bitterly disappointed, anxious about the next few games, but pretty confident for 2023.

We are very poor at controlling games once we take an early lead. We complain when we struggle to break teams down for 70 minutes but that’s actually when we dominate games the most. We think scoring early means teams have to come on to us which leaves us able to easily open them up to score more but it doesn’t happen, our mentality is extremely poor in those scenarios and we give up control and momentum. Very worrying that it’s now December and we haven’t learned how to change this.
