In a couple of weeks we’re meeting some friends in Worcester - it’s in the middle of where a few of us live - and we will have a day free before meeting up.
Does anyone on here know what Worcester has to offer? Bearing in mind we will have a couple of small boys whose attention span isn’t that great. Any family friendly recommendations will be greatly received as will places to eat. We will be staying in the city centre. Ta. |  | | |  |

Worcester is a lovely city. I was there last year to watch some cricket and at the end of the year with Mrs C to have a mooch around for three days. There’s plenty for adults to see (Trip Advisor lists the main ones) and there’s a good tourist information centre in the town. Plenty of places to eat too.
There’s not a huge amount in it for small children from what I could see, but tbf I wasn’t really looking from that perspective. Research required on that. |  | | |

If so, The Fleet Inn at Twyning, (pronounced Twinning) is well worth a meal.

It's about a half hour drive from Worcester, but well worth it and it's got a play area for the lads. Either that, or 'Bills' in the City Centre is good, but nothing for the kids.
Last one it 'The Barn Owl, just on the edge of the city. Family friendly and half decent food.
