YESSSSS

Can't help but feel as an England supporter that there's a huge sense of 'what if', what with the cheapness of some of the wickets we've given away over the past few weeks, the rain going against us at OT, debatable tactical calls like the 1st test declaration etc.

Still, what a series, captivating from start to finish and it's been everything and anything but dull. Broad taking the final 2 wickets as well, the script was written wasn't it.

2-2 almost seems apt given the show both of these teams have put on.

It's been an amazing series. Not quite the quality of 2005 but in terms of entertainment, it's been class.

The other test nations must look at this and think 'that's how you put on a test series.'. No way is test cricket dying in this neck of the woods. Brilliant stuff.

Plenty of those from Australia at Headingley and here too, so 2-2 is about right really. Old Trafford is a real shame as it was the most one-sided match.

It's been a thoroughly enjoyable Test series.

Stuart Broad hits a six with his final ball faced.
Takes a wicket with his last ball bowled.

Couldn't have scripted it better.
