A positive change from the club to put restricted view seats up for sale.. 20:31 - Jul 31 with 1578 viewsunstableblue

... from the get go

Seemed weird to then release them later down the line last season. I assume they felt they wouldn't sell out the main capacity, and didn't want people buying those in error.

But this season it seems a very few games will make even general sale - so put them out from the start.

I wonder if any of our Championship opponents will take a sub-1000 allocation and then Block E in the Cobbold will come back into play again??

Anyhow only the Churchmans Upper has anything left really.. and we haven't even gone to season ticket holders yet.

So general sales seems unlikely. If Town have a decent season that will be the norm.

Amazing. And its mainly down to just entertaining football, played on the floor, with pass and energy. Attack and entertainment is back as Burley rightly pointed out - its been far too long.

Will be interesting to see how the Bristol Rovers tickets sell when it goes to General Sale. Doesn't look like a huge number of season ticket holders have taken up their option on them.

Allocating Priority Points for people buying home cup tickets would have been a good way to get bigger numbers at these type of games.

Think the club probably overestimated how many people were up for a league cup tie against a team from a league we're relieved to be out of.

Surprised they went this route rather than the usual only opening parts of the ground.

Just because I don't care doesn't mean I don't understand.

If people have missed out on Stoke tickets then they'll probably shift a load at general sale - at only a tenner per ticket they're really good value.

With the amount of S/Ts we have now they can’t really risk it, there’s always been moans about that as it was!

It’s the summer holidays, perfect opportunity for cheap tickets and to take the kids, sure we will hit 15k+

I'm surprised that the RV tickets are the same price as unrestricted view tickets. I don't know how badly the view is restricted, but depending on how restricted it is, you would think it might be worth taking £5 -£10 off the price of the ticket, or offering a free pie and pint or something.

Restricted view can mean not seeing corners in one corner or being sat behind a post. Would see good to see some views from those seats.

Truly impaired.
