As far as I'm aware, iFollow didn't show Carabao Cup games last season, just like TownTV isn't showing them this, but I'm sure as hell I watched some? Maybe that's what was then. This year, TownTV FAQ says:
"As with domestic viewers, Carabao Cup fixtures cannot be streamed internationally due to competition rules."
Would be weird if the "competition rules" had changed this year, but I guess the only way to watch this year is to go to the ground. | | | |
