Very well run on the football side, certainly.
They are both heavily reliant on generous owners, especially Brighton who owe their Chairman close to £500m. Luckily for them he’s a true fan, and a billionaire. And presumably(?) has no intention of asking for his money back.

I would say it is good investment. Reckless investment was with Forest last season. They bought so many players on high wages that had they been relegated it could have bankrupted the club. It payed off for them, just. For every good buy like Gibbs-White there was a lousy one like Lingard. Some of their better players last season were loanies like Navas and Lodi. They could well go down this season. | | | |
