Ok, I’m being thick but I don’t get it.
The console in question is widely marketed as the Nintendo DS. The reference to 'DS' was merely a nod to the initials of the player in question. The club administration was using what you might refer to in social media marketing as a 'tease', before revealing the signing of youngster Dane Scarlett, on loan from Tottenham Hotspur for the 23/24 association football season. Coincidentally, the first Nintendo DS was launched into the market in 2004, the same year Dane Scarlett was born.
