Looking at L1 this year 22:17 - Sep 4 with 2422 views | Ftnfwest | and if we’d still been there instead of say Barnsley, I think we’d have had 100 goals by Christmas. Just seems (on paper) to be a far more straightforward bunch of teams to beat this year.

The top three last year were outstanding and it looks like this season it’s much more open. Surprisingly, Derby are 3-3 and Charlton 2-4. I thought they’d be doing better than that, but it’s early days yet. Thank goodness we are out of that quicksand league. [Post edited 4 Sep 2023 22:24]

Think he'd be suspended anyway, he got two yellows on his debut! Does it count if an ineligible player is called up?

Given the Lincoln v Oxford game is off I assume the ban carries out to the next eligible league/cup fixture
Looking at L1 this year on 00:01 - Sep 5 with 1975 views | Sharkey | I guess that opens up a few options (Peterborough) about whom a friendly might be against. (Apologies if the identity of that opposition has already been announced.) But it's kind of ridiculous that all these games are postponed. Even at this level, people make travel arrangements from far, far away. I think for starters that players on loan shouldn't count as among the three. (Again, apologies if they don't.) | | | | Login to get fewer ads

Only if it's Greg Leigh! The world seems to like him. As well it should...
