Genuine question, if someone was transferring tickets to me, is there a legitimate way to get them changed. |
I’m not sure if it would be possible to ring the club up and get them to swap the customer number that the ticket is attached to.
One way to do it would have to be done in person, at PB, owner takes ticket back and get a refund and you buy it back straight away. |  |

I'm confused by this. First you say we need to keep an eye on ticket resellers then you ask how you can transfer tickets (plural so presumably more than one) into your name.
