Having this debate with my QPR supporting son yesterday. I honestly think he's in the top 5 in England right now. Which sounds crazy, as we're the 22nd best team, but outside of Guardiola, Ange, Klop, maybe Arteta I'm struggling to see many who wouldn't be a downgrade if they came here. Certainly he's got to be right up there as one of the best British managers currently.

He’s better than Frank Lampard.

McK and Schumacher are the best potential managers around at the moment. I guess you could argue Schumacher has achieved as much with fewer resources, but then the run we’re on at the moment is incredible…

McK impresses with his actual management of players, coaching and, for me, ability to adapt. We can play as underdogs or overwhelm “weaker” teams.

Unfortunately managers are only as good as their last game. No doubt McKenna has massive potential and I hope that we keep him for several years to come. I don't believe it's in his interest to move to mid to bottom Premier League clubs if Town can get there in the next year or so and then it has to be maybe his old club Man Utd. Players like Frank Lampard have jumped into clubs with his size 10's on and found that despite being a Chelsea legend it means little if you fail managerially.
