If asked right now 10:49 - Oct 2 with 1371 views | BondiBlue | (even if it won't happen for a few years), who's your ideal (realistic) morsy replacement/successor? You're not allowed to say "i trust whoever mckenna chooses". Too boring. You're not allowed to say jude bellingham. You're not allowed to say graeme souness. I'd have flynn downes if he fancies it.

Ekwah was quality. Looked like a weapon going forwards as well.

This is what made me ask the question - mckenna chose evans over taylor (i know there were fitness concerns as well) and taylor doesn't strike me as particularly good defensively, so i'm wondering if we'd replace morsy with someone else when the time comes.

Was surprised Luongo didn’t perform the Morsy role partnered by Taylor.

Got to be honest, I don't really see Idris being good enough for us and where we want to get to. He's 23 now so not really a youngster anymore, is he going to get much better than he is currently? I could be wrong but unless he really tears up league One this season I can see him being moved on next summer. [Post edited 2 Oct 2023 12:21]
