Have you used a deliveroo type thing? If so, you haven't ordered a takeaway from the restaurant - you've ordered it from a middle man (like deliveroo) who can be based where ever they want.
They will then order it from the restaurant - your agreement/purchase is with them not with the restaurant. |  |

Theoretically if the beneficial owner of the company is offshore, using a Jersey bank is fine, Jersey is signed up to CRS, however the chances of an offshore company owning a Cornard kebab shop seems unlikely!
