Exactly. Evans no doubt still in a huff that his hand had been forced on Mick.
The thing is, if he was a business genius, why wasn't he trying to understand where he was going wrong? I know he didn't want to throw more money in but for a business guru he seemed pretty resistant to trying anything different or questioning the strategy. Why not try and up and coming foreign coach?
At least he did the right thing when he sold and chose sound buyers and wrote off the debt. I think he was a decent bloke all in all but just totally unprepared for football ownership. | | | |
