Where can one buy a copy of The Woke Agenda? 13:21 - Dec 8 with 9659 viewsIllinoisblue

Keep hearing Piers Morgan, Joey Barton, and many others talk about it. Must be a really important and powerful publication.

Yes, but you have to call out bobbins when you see it.
Whilst I would expect us to have a mature conversation about the merits of Clarke or Williams at RB, if you or I chose to post a generally unpleasant opinion, I think we might expect to be called out on it.
As a dyed in the wool lefty bumfester, I'll always be triggered by something from the far right (in truth it doesn't really have to be that far!) But have often read with interest posts from some of our sensible right leaning posters as it helps to either enforce my view or maybe consider an alternative. It's the provocative bellends that post bobbins that do my head in the most.

you can disagree with bobbins. you can explain why bobbins is wrong. you can show that the consequences of bobbins are bad. that's civilised debate and i agree that it's right to challenge bobbins in public spaces. you can say that you find bobbins unpleasant. but given that bobbins is an entirely subjective concept, as is far right and not that far right, talking bobbins doesn't make someone a bad person. bobbins / not bobbins is rightly in the eye of the beholder. so calling someone a bobbinist is just name calling.

And so as the loose-bowelled pigeon of time swoops low over the unsuspecting tourist of destiny, and the flatulent skunk of fate wanders into the air-conditioning system of eternity, I notice it's the end of the show

Mate, that's made me chuckle!
Surely some sort of end of year award is in order for the most frequent use of the word bobbins in a single post.
I might also add that "bobbinist" may well be a front runner for word of the year!

But 'bobbins' in who's opinion, yours? Maybe other people have different views and they don't consider it 'bobbins'

You don't have to call it out by being abusive (I'm not accusing you of being one of the abusive posters that immediately jumps on your back if they disagree with your politics or opinions)

This is why i call this poster a bully.

Nobody is allowed an alternative view with out a torrent of hate, abuse and accusations.

Bigotry isn't a 'viewpoint', it's bullying. You, as TWTD's leading anti-bullying advocate would surely know this, Paz.

But it's not that simple. I'm sure most people will never get upset by being classed as far right, or far left.

But it doesn't end there, very often it's followed up by unacceptable abuse.

Not so sure about your last sentence.

Interesting that you're counting 'calling out bigotry' as 'unacceptable abuse' here, Paz.

not yourself being a prick to those groups is definitely great. setting yourself up as the judge and jury to police other people's views and opinions is less great. claiming to be the sole authority on moral matters and getting arsey when others disagree is even less great. there you go, the whole woke debate summarised in 3 sentences.
