Goal contribution have been pretty solid over the last few seasons. Now back from injury. 28 which is a great age for a squad player in the championship.
For me. I'd be going 1.5 max maybe slightly more.
I know he's out of contract in summer.. but we need him now so for me it's pay for what you need. Really promotion is still on.. what is 1.5 or even 2. If we got promoted. And even if we didn't get promoted we've got him for next season.
Think someone also said transfer fees for ffp are taken over the duration of the contract so say for arguments we offered an over inflated 2 mill.. that 2 would be counted as an initial figure..... I think. | |

Clearly I meant a prem loan deal of that calibre. Not a youngster on his first loan or a fullback In his season from a year out. But you knew that.
Our offer was reported to be 1 mill. Of course just reported so views shared are or course based on reports.

Don't mean to add to the penny-pinching criticism Frimley. I think it's unsafe to conflate 'thriftiness' with spending power though, as one's desire to not be ripped off is often separate to their ability to afford something.
