No not that sort of bag.

Anyone ever had any problems getting into London away games with a bag (rucksack etc) from work? Haven’t taken one before and don’t think I’ll have time to get home before getting to the station.

(And no I don’t want to leave it at Gatwick.)

I always take a rucksack to every game and have never had any problems.

Most stewards want to look in it and sometimes take bottles or remove caps from them.

Obviously haven’t been to Millwall for a long time so not sure about there.

You should be ok. They will take a peak inside, but otherwise no problem.

At Watford they were massive pains about me having a normal sized rucksack. Had to leg it to a left luggage area on the other side of the ground just before kick off and then again at the end to retrieve it before it shut, missing the celebrations.

I'm currently having exactly the same fear about tomorrow night with taking a work laptop in.

Just seen it mentioned in the Away Day guide about an A4 sized bag…. Dammit. (Top of page 5)

That's a bit of a pathetic size bag to be fair.

I'm sure if anyone were to buy something from the club shop, such as a tracksuit or somesuch, the bag would be bigger than A4... would they then refuse entry with it?
