Yes, worked perfectly all season for me, today was a shambles but upto today I don’t think it’s frozen once. |  |

Seeing the heavy rain, it might have played a part, wet cable joint, dodgy satellite uplink, or even just heavy rain blocking the satellite uplink. Could have been any number of things but at least they did fix whatever it was. |  | | |

I wasn't using it today, but have a fair bit this season and haven't suffered with buffering at all. Maybe your internet connection being throttled or maybe see what else could be gobbling up BW at the same time. |  |

Short memories guys, earlier on there was a game at which point the live stream failed on the app, took me ages to find it was working on the web page & missed half the game as a result!

The Swansea stream was working so the problem must be the TownTV end.
Yes, I gave up on our site after 30 mins and looked elsewhere.

Yes I had similar problems yet the subtitled version seemed to work ok. Mind you I am 12000 miles away but it was 4 am and surely the buffering was not caused this end as most sane people are asleep then,
Mainly been seeing the live games on Bein/ our sky alternate as not on Sky in this nation of cricket and rugby snobs.

I was at the Sheffield Wednesday game but someone mentioned yesterday that there’d been a problem with that one. Ive had long periods of commentary only, I’ve missed some kick offs and I’ve had problems whenever I’ve been overseas. I pay my subscription and I pay my £10 or €10 but the level of service is disappointing. Yesterday it took ages to work out that Swansea had equalised but that was down to poor commentary. Missing the Chaplin goal however was far more frustrating. Still, we got our three points so all’s well. | | | |
