A14 - M1 - A50 - A500 - M6 is the tried and trusted method for north-west games, and I think it would be daft to risk the M6 before junction 16 going up. Coming back will be ok. |
Hadn’t even given it much thought to be honest, was just going to go the usual way of A14/M6 - hoping a lot of people started their journeys today/this evening.

I’m already part of the way there, breaking up the journey staying in a airbnb for a couple of nights in Pontefract.
Will be my first away game this season and my son’s first ever away game.
Should be a great atmosphere with loads of town fans.
My thoughts will also be with my mate who’s dad sadly passed away today. Both big town fans, I’ll be giving the boys a big cheer on for them.

anyone hoping to park at the Fernhurst be aware that the front car park is more or less full ..however there is another car park to the rear with plenty ..at the moment ..spaces…need to turn left as you approach the pub to accesss…. |  | | |
