However……. De Zerbi isn’t going to get more control over transfers at Chelsea.

He shouldn't need to worry about transfer at Chelsea given the billion they've spent over the last couple of seasons. He should have enough there now to last him a couple of seasons.

Maybe the one exception is they need a new LB, that's Leif for £130m
