The arm was not in a natural position if you dont think that is a blatant action then fair enough your entitled to your opinion

It was out long before the ball got there. It was not there for the ball. Try to move at speed without your arms. Or mark an opponent, without arms.

It was an exceptionally easy and correct decision.

The rule:

A free kick or penalty will be awarded if:
the ball goes into the goal after touching an attacker's hand or arm.

That's even if accidental. It's also the same if it directly plays the ball to a player who then scores

*Just realised people are talking about pen and not the disallowed goal (I think)...or a mix?
