has taken over the Lionesses?
Just as boring as the men. What has happened to them.

I think they only need a point. They haven't been in any danger so far.

Truly impaired.

As much as Earps has demonstrated that women can keep properly, this one is appalling.

Hannah Hampton is an excellent keeper, better than Earps on last seasons WSL form

What a dreadful game of football.
This England team looks well past its sell by date.

Not tonight. Dropped almost everything. Kicking was awful.

Earps isn't great.

I’m guessing a lot of the coaches and players have come through the same FA coaching setup. It seems to coach creativity out of teams in preference for structure. Wiegman shouldn’t have an excuse though. I could be talking bobbins though!

Poll: Do you think Pert is key to all of this?

It's interesting that this is where we've ended up. When the 'England DNA' was created, the focus was very much on developing technical players who could look after the ball and create. I heard coaches at St George's Park talk about ball skills for the foundation years and only coaching passing much later.
Our younger teams have won most titles and yet it's not translating into the same pattern of play for all - which was the idea. Something happens in the senior teams that makes them withdraw. I watched the U21s at a game last season and with Palmer on one flank and Philogene on the other, they looked fantastic. Perhaps the older generation is holding the younger ones back?

It's 106 miles to Portman Road, we've got a full tank of gas, half a round of Port Salut, it's dark... and we're wearing blue tinted sunglasses.
Poll: Which recent triallist should we have signed?

The obsession with playing through the thirds has been overtaken by the high pressing and quick transitions one sees now. But the FA blueprint is typically dogmatic and gareth seems wedded to it.

Haven’t watched the Lioness’ in ages. Tbh, I don’t find women’s football entertaining at all.
