What a game that was. I'm now re-living my thought process.
Pre match: I'll certainly take a point, that would be amazing. Like imagine if Leeds drop 2 points, they would only be 2 points above us but we'll have 2 games in hand. Us needing to only win 1 rather than both of those would be MASSIVE.
1-0: Get in, certainly makes the chances of a point more likely. The longer it goes until Leeds equalise the better.
2-0: BOOM. What a great buffer for Leeds' inevitable come back, they really have a lot to do to score 3 now.
3-0: Sorry, what now? 20 minutes to go, 3 goal lead, surely at MOST Leeds are only getting 1 point out of this now? Heck, they might even lose it at this rate!
4-0: 5 minutes left and a 4 goal cushion. I think, maybe, possibly, QPR might hang on here. Still not overly confident though.

Sensational wasn’t it. Been watching the Town in 5 from Coventry away a lot this week. The little lad on his dad’s shoulders taking his shirt to celebrate gets me every time. As well as KM soaking in the applause at the end then giving that little “we’ve fking done it” smile at the end.
And another thing, the Radio Suffolk comms from Hudds… the roar of the crowd when Burns goal goes in is unlike anything I’ve ever heard. Just an incredible roar of delight. All these moments and I didn’t even mention Jeremy 90+7.

Was on a sea day on a cruise so no Internet and doing the usual shows and meals stuff.... got back to the cabin and put ssn on tele .... my first sighting of that yellow ticker bar was just disbelief!!.... had to clean the specs and get right up close to be sure, only really believed it when the presenter started talking about it after all . |  | | |
