My hot take is that the teams which were relegated last season were so bad that they effectively acted as camouflage for how bad Forest, Brentford and Everton were. And I don’t think that those three teams are so much better than us.
I think that we will finish sixteenth with a respectable cup run in both the FA and League Cup. |  | | |

I don't think it'll be 'comfortable', but I think we've got a chance. Its a very different sort of mentality being in a relegation battle vs. a promotion one. In some respects easier, a defeat isn't the end of the world, every dropped point doesn't feel like a disaster. 10/11 wins is quite possibly enough to stay up with a few draws thrown in there. There's arguably 3 leagues within the league, and we 'only' need to finish in the top half of the bottom one. |  | | |

Yep, whilst fans of rival Championship clubs were somewhat shocked at how well we did last season, those of us who saw how we swept away league One (including the bookies) had us having a strong run at the playoffs.
I think people will underestimate us at their peril to be honest but it probably fires our players up. Leicester are already down having a weaker squad and weaker manager than last team. Southampton finished 4th for a reason last year - they shipped goals for fun. Bournemouth have lost their main goalscorer, and Brentford look like Toney is off. Forest and Everton are were kept up only by how sh1te everyone else was. |  | | |

Think Brentford are Premier League level. Would replace them with Wolves - they started to struggle in the second half of the season, and don't think they have the finances to adequately replace the players lost. O'Neil is a good man manager but tactical manager? Not so sure. | |
