Not true.

I apologise for being so dismissive.

Guess the questions now are, are we happy to take him but want renegotiated terms? Is it that our insurance won't cover the issue found in the medical?

If it is the former then wouldn't surprise me if he still joins. If the latter then hard to see how it happens.
