I like this idea as it's the 2022/24 players' song to my mind as well as Kieran's, but odd to keep the names of players receiving little or no time on the pitch (see some lost causes still stuck on Ladapo while playing for Charlton), unless we change it to a celebration of last season's triumph. He does still know what we need though, so maybe a second verse acknowledging this with new starting players, it's a tough one. Put new players in and you're almost turning your back on two heroes still very much in our squad, but clearly not the players McKenna thinks we need right now.

personally I don't agree with chants about players that aren't playing as imo chants should be about those on the pitch putting the effort in. |
