A massive own goal by the club removing them from the front cover of the programme.

Hey now, hey now, don't dream it's over

Lols.

You two have far more in common than differences. In another parallel universe Glassers opted for an alternative lifestyle and you own a chain of garden centres 😂

Yes would be a fantastic cover for the programme.
(The alternative, a generic photo of a random player on the cover is so banal, boring, unimaginative and dare l say it old fashioned).
The Lowry inspired cover would make the programme a
collectors item. The club is making a step up this season
on and off the pitch but the match day programme is lagging behind. Innovate and evolve.

….former world snooker champion Stuart Bingham.

He’s really good at snooker.

Suck it.

Oh, why did the club do that? I thought it was inspired and a really generous, creative thing to do for the season.
This poster is wonderful, just bought one.

Thing is, if it's a major sponsor issue, surely the artist could work with the club if they asked and managed to put the sponsors on the photos. For example in this picture they could have their name where planet blue is etc.

a niche perspective

Yeah, that's quite a simple design, layout issue that any rational graphic designer could organise for in the brief stage.
But football programmes have always been so badly designed and graphicly presented I doubt there's someone there that has ingenuity.

Anything that makes this club more distinctive, more different from every other, should be encouraged. On the front cover these programmes would be collector's items for years.
