I'm trying to replicate this myself but I've not seen it yet.
It's not happening on the main forum page. Is it only when there are a small number of posts? Perhaps only in thread view? |  |

I use table mode. It doesn't happen on the main forum page, it happens when viewing a post and then trying to reply to a post or return to the main forum page . It's like there is an invisible pop up overlaying the page, where ever you click on the page it redirects you to the advertisers page, the only way past it is to click the back button on my browser and then click on the post again.
It's not the same ad each time either, it's happened with lots of different companies. | | | |

I can send you a couple of screenshots if you like, would need to be via email. The ads have an x which you'd expect to close them but the box remains with an option to give feedback, one of the choices is ad covers content but it doesn't it do anything just says thanks | |

On this issue, this is deliberate behaviour by Google to give feedback to that particular ad. It appears on all they provide and you can stop that ad from appearing again, but others will appear in its place in future. I will try and stop the overall behaviour of ads covering content, but that X on ads is a different thing and won't help us here. | |
