Coming to terms with a new system, wild weather, rabid and intimidating…. 20:35 - Nov 22 with 2187 viewsunstableblue

… home atmosphere, an opponent in Town who are buoyed by a win and now gelled/settled into a system and identity across all players…. This could be horrible for United

Let’s as fans do our bit and make it the best and most rabid home atmosphere ever.

I think RVN didn’t change too much of ETH’s ‘system’, he knew the group already, and was seemingly well liked and able to motivate them.

It seems Amorim is a talented and progressive coach, who’s a good man manager, much like our own manager.

The hope for Sunday is that it is too much change too quickly for the United players, their injuries mean they are weakened, and that the fans make it very intimidating and offset any new manager lift.

It’s going to be quite end to end I think.

The confidence of the group will have changed after last weeks win at spurs. It was a coming of age for the team and the players. We now know we can beat anyone if we deliver a performance.

I'm wondering if (wind permitting) tomorrow may be an 'attack the North Stand end first half' occasion to get right into them from the off.

Never do that! I wonder if Morsy/McKenna have ever chosen to start towards the Churchmans.

Something about the intensity in the second half towards the North, especially under the lights.

Yeah. Just thinking aloud really. We did it v Hudds last game of season but that could've been their choice.

A couple of League one teams switched us round from memory the season before. Never worked for them though!

Sadly United fans won’t be tired from a long journey - it’s not far from Surrey to Suffolk.
