What the disciplinary board need to understand is that Norwich keepers have a theoretical 20% extra stopping power in their hands, so expecting him to let in four or five, even against another basket case club like QPR is a bit unfair on him.

Angus Gunn on 09:56 - Dec 18 with 1765 views | NthQldITFC | I just put a peg on my snout and went into the sty for a sniff around the old OinkUn. Bit echoey in there these days, just a few old porkers left these days, grumbling as ever. Not sure what Gunn has done, but the budgies seem to be all up in arms doing the victimisation thing - "the FA hates Norwich..." - which is Stage 4 on the football club disappearing down the leagues ladder. One of their centre backs has just had two 4 game bans apparently, and "it's not fair!" I'm almost starting to feel sorry for them, not.

It is a bit odd that McLean was retrospectively charged and given a ban and that they've only now decided to charge Gunn for something that happened in the same game. The only reason I can think of is that there was some video footage from the tunnel that QPR decided to submit after the refs report had already gone in.

Angus Gunn on 11:42 - Dec 18 with 1311 views | ParisBlue | I've been keeping an eye on this and it's quite humorous. McClean - just back from a 4 match ban - was given a charge just 3 hours before their game at Portsmouth. Norwich immediately appealed and that was rejected causing them to change their lineup at the last minute. Then a week later another charge from the same game. Forever in our shadows, the natural hierarchy has been restored. Its a long way back for them now (unless their new US owners throw money at it)
