It is possible to access Upper North from Lower but you need a friendly steward to help. I have tickets in Upper North and arrived at HT due to a road closure. The turnstiles were shut but I caught the eye of a steward who let me in to Lower and then opened a door so I could get upstairs to my seat.
Whether they will do that to let you have a pint with your mate I don’t know. I’d be surprised tbh. |  |

There is a lift each end of the stand for the disabled section, they are manned these days but tell them you need to go upstairs to check on someone in disabled section, usually works :o) | | | |
