A colleague reckons all the games in that region will be off tomorrow as the wind/rain may make it impossible to play. What are the chances? Playing them in the pissing rain may not help our injury situation!

Be annoyed if it is, I'm staying in Crewe tonight for this.

Bl00dy Crewe!

Could have been worse you could be in Rhyl.

You never explained why your “shed” had handcuffs, pvc coverings on the deck, bulkheads, deckheads, and is suspiciously soundproofed.

Imagine if there was some kind of system or application that could forecast what the weather may be like in a specific location in the coming days.

I reckon if you could come up with a solution, you could be on to a winner there.

I still rely on the tried and trusted, rock on a rope method.

If the rock’s swinging, it’s windy.
If it’s white, it’s snowing.
If it’s wet, it’s raining.
If it’s warm, it’s sunny.
If you can’t find it, it’s foggy.

Simpler times, innit.
