Reading his contribution to the revived IBS thread reminded me that he's not been around lately - for over 4 months when I looked at his posting history - hope he's OK and just taking a break? Anyone in touch with him away from the board?

I suppose that unless he was intending to post, there'd be not much point in logging in? Nevertheless, it's a concern - iirc he was fairly elderly.

God knows. On one of those posters you miss threads I said Burer. To which Buhrer replied claiming he was Burer.

I replied with something like YOU'RE BURER?!??! Bloody hell, you've mellowed!

Think Bazza and GB are right, looked back through his posts to early Aug - only one questionable pic, but he does refer to having a 13-year old kid, which makes him being 40ish more likely.

Hope he’s ok anyway.
