Gallows Humour 18:46 - Feb 2 with 1939 views | waveneyblue | I've supported town over 40 years, I totally get ribbing the club when times are bad. Christ it's all we had for the last 5 years of Evans. But the joy that some of our fans are getting by absolutely tearing Muric apart on Facebook/Twitter (X) is absolutely disgusting. What the hell is that all about ?
Gallows Humour on 18:50 - Feb 2 with 1875 views | textbackup | The spelling on the Facebook pages is enough to know those people are a bit thick. Fact is though, Muric has been a complete waste of money and has cost us many more points than he’s saved us.

Whether that's fact or not... I find it absolutely sh1t coming from our own "fans"
Gallows Humour on 18:53 - Feb 2 with 1831 views | jasondozzell | It's horrible. To be honest, I think some (not all) of the newer fans have jumped on the bandwagon and don't really understand football. Plus some just seem to think football is a video game. I don't think of them as supporters at all. Nothing wrong with a moan but they aren't moaning. It's just gleeful aggressive nastiness. After how we've been spoilt too with brilliant seasons recently, it really sticks in the craw. It makes me desperate for Muric and players like Ali to do well. Anyone who says things like 'Muric is @#££' is revealing themselves to be ignorant imo. He's an 8 million pound goalkeeper, an international, who came through at Man City. This is an elite sport. People who know the game and a lot of them must have rated him and seen his ability and potential. We've seen it in games! He has made errors and needs to do some things better but he's also clearly a talented player. Don't understand why some have delighted in tearing him apart. It was embarrassing to hear the crowd when he was holding the ball as instructed. And for what it's worth, I think the second is a good save and he's unlucky that the parry comes straight out. Easy to say turn it around the post but not that easy a stop.

He trains every single day for that situation.

What a ridiculous take. He's a professional sportsman, he trains to be the best goalkeeper he can be. He doesn't train in the art of dealing with idiots who have decided he's the blame for everything.

What's "unconditional love" got to do with. Not being arseh0les would be a start

Don’t be a tit, I’m clearly talking about he trains for the situation of the ball coming at him and him saving it, turning it round the post. I’d hazard a guess that 20/30 times a session he’ll face those shots, and told in no uncertain terms ‘don’t push it back into play’

Most of TWTD seems to understand the whole picture. Goalkeepers are always in the spotlight. Blame the first goal on Cajuste and Broadhead for not tracking the runner properly. Blame it on Morsy for being in the box and not on the edge. Then blame Muric perhaps. Blame the second goal on losing possession upfield. On Morsy not getting tight on the shot. Then maybe see what a full stretch save it actually was.

Well don't be a "tit" and explain yourself better. And for what it's worth, I've watched it 20 times and still can't see how he's expected to turn that round the post. But then I'm realistic

Texters flies off the handle at everything. It’s just the way he is. And we’re all different, etc. Anyway, yes I make you right. No surprise though - Twitter and Facebook are poisonous cess pits of misinformation and utter bellends,

I doubt it’s down to newer fans. I think it’s just people. We saw it in L1 and last season when we had brief wobbles. Some people struggle to manage their emotions and lash out. A lot of us do to a degree in the heat of the moment, in fairness. Some are able to come down quicker and rationalise what’s happening, others not so!

Gallows Humour on 20:53 - Feb 2 with 1067 views | SaffronWaldenBlues | There was a bit of gallows humour in the Cobbold yesterday. We did see the funny side of Southampton not having to really do anything to beat us! Then the lack of urgency to try to even save a point! It was probably the lowest point of McKennaball.

I think a keeper with more confidence would have either held on to it or parried it round the post. Muric got too much on it so it went out centrally. But Tuanzebe and, to an extent, Morsy shouldn't have let the original player make the shot in the first place, whilst Greaves and O'Shea were too slow to respond to the rebound.
