Lucy Letby murder case - no medical evidence found of murder 13:43 - Feb 4 with 4683 viewsElderGrizzly

Could end up being one of the biggest medical miscarriages of justice in the world.

Currently serving 15 life sentences and yet could be innocent with no evidence found according to an international review panel

It’s also worth keeping in mind that “Letby guilty” is no longer a sensational story whereas “Letby miscarriage of justice” is and will sell books and tv programmes.

Only because the quality of the “evidence” brought to her trials was mind-bogglingly biased/weak/based on one medical “expert’s” flawed theorising; or totally absent.

The key factor I took from last night’s docu was her new defence counsel’s point that the Appeals system is not fit for purpose when it refuses to allow an appeal solely because evidence that *could* have been brought at the original trials wasn’t, so it doesn’t classify as “new”, so no appeal has been allowed. Talk about a flawed system of “justice”.

Peter Hitchens has been banging the innocent drum since the conviction, I'd hardly call an ex trot far right.

‘Ex’ being the operative word. Hitchens is certainly on the right - but not the far right.
