…Should read Ian Herbert’s report in the DM this morning. Glowing about how Kieran has us playing.

That's better for brand McKenna than it is us longer term.

Yep. I know we're all frustrated and disappointed that we've not quite capitalised on so much good work but I don't think a lot of our supporters have actually clocked just what a remarkable job he's done again. It's all about the context and to have the least fancied, prepared and developed club out of the promoted three playing some of the football we have and causing big teams real trouble is outstanding.

I don't actually think there's been any 'drop off' in the work KM has done compared to the last 2.5 seasons - it's just all about context.

My worry is that people saying that clubs won't be as keen on KM now as they were is totally off the mark. If you know football, I think his stock will be even stronger.

I still don't think the season is over. KM smarts at losses and will have a point to prove at Utd for many reasons. I think we'll win.

This is not a dig at Kieran or the style but as nice and fluffy as praise for good football is, it's worth absolutely nothing if you can't sustain yourself in the top flight, which we can't. It's points on the board that matter when you are in the bottom half, Everton hardly plays an exciting brand of football and they aren't even close to being a relegation risk and it's only February whereas we are as good as down.

An East Anglian Town overtaken by Londoners

Classic case of journo being at a different game to the one we witnessed.

"KM smarts at losses". With more losses already this season than in the whole of his 2 and a half years in the EFL he must be very sore and uncomfortable.

I was there when McKenna's ITFC won in the Premier League at Home. Our only home win in a year.

We don’t take our gilt edged chances and the very young age of our forwards shouldn’t be underestimated in my humble opinion. We have more experience often sat on our bench.
