This backs up what a lot of said, the gap between the Premier League and the Championship is massive.

Poll: Are fans getting fed up with Sky Sports changing our Kick off schedules?

It's not really though, is it?
Our best form last season and we would have won this by 2 or 3.

Hahaha well that is just delusional!

The team needed improving, have they got all the signings correct clearly not but it is tough as a promoted team.

Poll: Mick in or out? (not a dig at Mick just want to see the overall opinion on here)

No we wouldn't we got totally thumped by Leeds twice. Scraped a lucky draw with Leicester and had to rely on a last gasp winner to beat Southampton.

We have better players this year but seem so slow and ponderous in the build up.

It's more that its better opposition isn't it?

We were highly unlikely to get the players proven at this level of the quality that we needed in the summer, as all the promoted teams have found and will likely find this summer. We have bought players that all being well will serve this club well over the next few years. They should get better and hopefully will be a smashing team in the Championship net season and if we can get back into the Premier League then will be better for the experience this year.

Although tonight was dreadful.

Well, I guess we know somebody else who knows very little about football. The numbers are rising this season faster than the last decade or two. Good work.

It is. It’s an absolute chasm. And if you think last season’s squad would have done better I’ll have to disagree.

The club took a gamble in signing so many players to bridge the gap. Better than not trying. Sadly the gamble has failed. We haven’t been good enough in more than two or three games. Not even close. Neither has the team management or just about any other aspect. Mistakes have been made.

It’s been a bridge too far basically. The trick though is to learn from them. Not to give up. Keep going. Take what you can, learn and smash it next season.

Haha never ever.

The team last year would have lost that by 5.

Some have very quickly forgotten Leeds, West Brom, Norwich away! We laid very few gloves on the best teams away from home, and they were all much worse than a poor United tonight.
