Last year we finished 2nd. Then spent £100m on that team.

If football was logical, we’d walk it, but…

Sadly I believe he is out of contract.

While we have got a lot more football out of him than his previous clubs were able to, he is unfortunately still an injury waiting to happen so hopefully Johnson steps up in the championship.

He is one of those who will have an option of a year which we would take up on you would expect

Alcohol is the answer but I can't remember the question!

We took up that option on him last summer, so not sure it's available to us again. Hopefully he likes it here and his injury record is off-putting to PL clubs.

New LB is already in the door - Townsend

We’d need another new left back regardless as wouldn’t go into the season with just one.

My hobbies include being quiet during trips, clapping with songs, and diabetes.

Hutch playing so well in the yoof internationals hasn't helped has it!

I can't but think that although we love him, what has he actually done in the Prem to make other teams think he'll make it more with them than with us? We're not a bad team but he hasn;t been able to drag us up to the next step. he's still young a growing 9in every way) so I wonder who will pay the money that we'd want for him.

Spurs paid £25m+ for Odobert from Burnley last summer after a similar type of season as Omari. No doubt we would value him more highly than that fee but there will be suitors and if he wants to carry on playing PL football we aren't going to be able to keep him. It would be the one that stings the most for me as I think he would take the p!ss next season and be the best player in the league.

As a regular England U21 international, he absolutely has appeal and value, doesn’t he.

By definition, that makes him one of the best young English attackers.

If next year in the championship, another team erm getting more points than us, may possibly work against us.
