I am not convinced £40m will get Delap. I think it might well be £50m. Obviously if there is a clause then it will be whatever that is but I think people are underestimating the club. There seems to be this idea that Southampton's interest forced us to accept a low clause but i'm yet to see anything that disproves it's just a fan theory. |  |

Solanke transferred to Spurs for an initial £55m with £10m add ons.
