I have been trying this morning via Ticketmaster and using the code provided by the club, but seems to get stuck on the page showing the stadium layout with seemingly no way to choose block or seats. Anyone else havings problems, or is it just me? |  | | |  |

I clicked on the pitch area and was taken to the standing section without a problem. Didn't try the seats tbh but sometimes the seat map can be a bit behind if others are trying to buy at the same time | |

As mentioned on the other thread, I had no problem. Six tickets purchased and received by 10.10 am. I am now trying to figure out how I can transfer ownership, cos I really don't want to go, but as the buyer it seems I have no choice! |  | | |

On the stadium plan, the pitch standing area goes momentarily blue but offers no option to buy tickets. The seated areas just stay grey. | | | |

I had to go out and in again and some seated areas and standing was blue (i'm sure you've already tried this). Doesn't look like agreat site for something that sells million of tickets.....
EDIT: Have you change the price of tickets? If you lower the price all the seats over that are greyed out [Post edited 8 May 10:54]

Haha. I had to buy through my email, but I changed the name on the account to my wife.
I haven't bought tickets on there for years and years so iI don't really know how it works.
Worst case i'll just have to go down there with them, let them in and go visit family for a few hours! haha

I didn't purchase any for the reason you have given,no way to transfer the ownership! I even had 6 in my basket no problem,but although I have no issue with Ed I have no interest in going to watch him! |  |

It wasn't until (as suggested elsewhere) I logged out of TicketMaster and redid through the email link it worked, it was the club website link that didn't work (for me at least). |  | | |

You can just send the tickets electronically.
There is no chance ID is going to be checked at a concert when the prioirty is getting people in quickly and safely. | | | |
