Up to £70 payable to all UK consumers. You just basically need to have bought something from a retailer that accepted Mastercard between 1997 and 2008.

Enjoy!

I wouldn't give Consumer Voice my details, not least because this seems to be an attempt to get people's details and boost their business.

According to the Law Gazette.

"It ringfences £100m for class members, who will have six months to claim from claims administrator Epiq Class Action & Claims Solutions. If the expected 5% of beneficiaries, ie 2.5 million people, come forward, each would receive £45. Should fewer come forward, the payment would be capped at £70 per head."

And of course, if more than 5% come forward, the payout will be less than £45

And, as ever, the lawyers are suitably protected.

An absolute maximum of £70 per person, with any remaining monies going to the lawyers. Of course, if more than 5% of eligible participants sign up, there's no lower limit to the payouts. If all eligible members of the class sign up, the pay-out would be £2 each.

You ain't a beauty but, hey, you're alright.

I dont think you have to? I think there is going to be a portal set up for claimants. Does strike me as a golden opportunity for scammers to jump on though setting up fake portals, so tread carefully.
