Is it just his integrity, that would stop him taking a list of players that Brentford's scouting system has generated, to his new club.

I'd imagine they'd have different types of player the different clubs are after. But equally if a manager wants or likes a certain player they may try to get them at the new club too. Part of the game I guess.

They don’t have the same model as us, where the manager is directly involved in recruitment.

Question is how many of Brentfirds better players are now likely to leave the club, not necessarily go to Spurs, ( but might do), but simply leave Brentford because Frank has left? I think it's potentially a tough season ahead for them in the PL.

....and so it starts for Brentford then. I think it's possibly the end of a fairly successful era for Brentford fans now that Frank has gone. Are they big enough to whether the storm.

think we signed him from bolton, but it was a short-term deal and i don't think he played a game
