The one that made me laugh was the “He was found wanting” Really?
He made only 13 league appearances due to injury for the most part, yet still scored 4 goals and looked decent when he did play. Will be a key player next season.

Yep and towards a player who if not for him, would have seen their club comfortably relegated that 23-24 season.

Assume just as he's done a podcast. He said essentially the same without going into the same detail when he spoke to the media here during the season.

I never think it is a great look when a player does that. In many ways it is justification for putting clauses like that in Delap's contract because a player then has no real grounds for doing so. I guess there is a balance between a club holding out for true value and one standing in the way of a player who wants to move.
