Yep and towards a player who if not for him, would have seen their club comfortably relegated that 23-24 season. |  |

I never think it is a great look when a player does that. In many ways it is justification for putting clauses like that in Delap's contract because a player then has no real grounds for doing so. I guess there is a balance between a club holding out for true value and one standing in the way of a player who wants to move. |  |
