No he doesn’t. Qualification is based on a full competition cycle, so that players who qualify/play for the team in the early qualifying game don’t become ineligible before the final. This is why you have 23yr olds who played in the 2025 U21 finals - the cycle began 2 years ago. This cycle terminated on the conclusion of the 2025 U21s finals, so Omari no longer qualifies for the England U21s |  | |  |
