How do you know they’ve gone without a hitch? Do you follow other clubs as intently as you do Ipswich?
I don’t think we are any better or worse, we nailed down Kipre, Matusiwa and Young with minimal fuss. Some are more straightforward than others. | | | |

Have you looked at the level of most signings in the championship? Do you think any of them would have been a massive improvement for us? Maybe a couple would have been ok, but even those aren’t at a level that would create a sea change on what we’ve already got.

The only gripe is letting Delap leave without sanctioning a loan replacement from Chelsea and or another club. Delap got what he wanted but the rush to play club World Cup didn’t do us any favors. We were very nice to Delap and Chelsea. Chelsea still owe us a favor. | | | |

We did have that plan, worked well for defence and attacking mids, however loans in CM and we should have picked up a top level champ striker. It worked with Clarke, Philogene, Szmodics, Greaves we could I’m sure have added to that. | |
