Generally, with online orders, offer and acceptance takes place (and a binding contract formed) when the money is taken and confirmation sent. Firms can adjust this within their own T&Cs (i.e. Contract not formed until goods are shipped).
Even if the contract has been formed, Umbro should be able to rely on the fact that this is a clear and obvious error when it comes to recission of the already-formed contracts. | |
